The website

Nothing on gird.ai is a binding offer, a warranty, or a service-level commitment.

Demo requests and pilots

Requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side. Pilots run under their own signed agreement, which overrides these terms where they differ.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • (a) automatically scrape this site at rates that disrupt service;
  • (b) reverse-engineer hosted assets;
  • (c) republish or redistribute our copy or designs without written permission;
  • (d) impersonate GIRD or any of our customers;
  • (e) test malware, exploits, or denial-of-service techniques against this site without first coordinating with us through responsible disclosure;
  • (f) use this site to attempt unauthorised access to any system.

Intellectual property

The GIRD wordmark, the logo, all source code, copy, illustrations, and design assets are the exclusive property of GIRD. Viewing this site grants you no licence to them. Reproduction or republication requires written permission. Email hello@gird.ai.

No warranties

The site, Argus, and any pre-release materials are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, we make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or Argus.

Termination

We may discontinue this site at any time. Form data is deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or Argus is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Argus licence

Argus is free to download and use. Downloading or installing Argus means you accept this licence. Key terms:

  • Licence grant: a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use Argus on your Macs.
  • No service-level agreement. Argus is provided without response-time or uptime commitments.
  • When the licence can be revoked: we may revoke the licence for (a) breach of the acceptable-use terms above, (b) use to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or (c) reverse-engineering or unauthorised redistribution of the software. Any records and events already saved or sent to your own logging system remain yours.
  • Organisation rollouts: Team and Enterprise rollouts are governed by a separate signed agreement with GIRD. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
  • Data handling: see our Privacy Notice. What the free Argus app sends to us is described in the Argus community edition privacy notice.
  • Authenticity: the Argus app is signed under our official Apple Developer identity. We do not authorise distribution of Argus under any other identity.
